This costume was created for the sole purpose of performing with the now disbanded cosplay performance group, Yume no Senshi. It is based off of the SeraMyu costumes to as near accurate detail as we could see at the time. The costumes were patterened by Kimberly and created by the former members of YnS.
When I first joined Yume no Senshi, I was originally cast as Sailor Mars. This was when the group only had about seven members. Over time, the group started to grow, and we started thinking about casting every senshi. Sailor Saturn would most likely be the hardest character to fill. That summer, we all ended up going to AX, where Chris, Kimberly, and Meghann saw me in my Sailor Saturn costume. We hung out together on that Saturday night in our Outers costumes, just talking, relaxing, posing for pictures, and generally having fun. Apparently a lot of people said that we made an awesome group, and they talked me into stepping into the role of Saturn.
