This costume holds the record for longest in progress. It was originally supposed to be for the Yume no Senshi Anime Oasis performance, but since it never happened, apparently the costume followed suit. It was completed at one point, but it was a rushed job, and I knew it. Anyone else may or may not have, but I did, and that's what was important to me. I never really thought that the YnS versions were the best, and I knew that I could improve mine. So I took the costume apart, made new skirts (which I love), redid the collar a zillion times (which I still am not satisfied with), drastically took in the bodice (which was patterened waaay too huge for me), and did a few other things here and there to try to make them a little more accurate.
After leaving this costume in pieces in my closet for who knows how long, I finally found the inspiration to pick it up again and work on it. There are so many different materials on this costume, most of which I did not choose myself; they were chosen by a few people in YnS to go with the group.
Uranus in the last two pictures is Asher. Isn't she pretty?
